Orders & Confirmation:
All orders are confirmed via call or WhatsApp before processing. In case of any doubt or suspicious activity, delivery charges may be required in advance. Remaining amount will be payable via full Cash on Delivery (COD).
Shipping & Delivery:
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on location.
• Unexpected delays may occur due to courier or weather issues.
Returns & Refunds:
• Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or incorrect.
• You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photo/video).
• We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.
Product Quality:
• All watches are checked before dispatch.
• Minor color or material differences may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
• Silicone and leather straps are subject to standard wear and tear.
Liability:
2 Ghari is not responsible for any allergic reactions, strap damage due to misuse, or water damage unless clearly stated as waterproof.
