At 2 Ghari, we take pride in the quality of our watches. Returns and refunds are only accepted in the following cases:
• You receive a damaged or defective product
• You receive the wrong item from your order
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share valid proof (photos or videos). Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
Note:
• Returns are not accepted for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
